- The analyses foreign experience in creation of economic tools which stimulate the investment activity of the industrial enterprises are presented, its adaptation to the Russian conditions is also given. The suggestions on the improvement of the mechanisms of stimulation of investment activity in the country and the recommendations on the improvement of an investment climate in the Russian Federation are given.
