- The approaches of creation of the innovative system of industry branches, based on knowledge management are considered. The analysis of foreign experience in the management of projects on knowledge and financing of initiatives for the purposes of adaptation of the most successful experience in this area is given; the general algorithm of commercialization of research activity results, based on the methodology of external and internal risks management is described.
