- А scheme of organizing cooperation of enterprises in scientific-production complexes, including defensive character, in the implementation of programs of innovative development is proposed. The scheme is based on the fractal approach as a model of construction of interactions of the enterprises. The evidence of the scheme and management features of its formation is given.
