- Abstract
- The concept of the flows formation, which consists in the separation channel of information flow metering at non-operational and operational circuit, which allows optimizing the synthesized priorities of the data and minimize the amount of information, transmitted to the communication channel is presented. The analysis of the intensity of information flows has proved the feasibility of realization of an integrated information management system with function of the account of a current consumption.
