- The developed algorithm of inspection method of vibration stability of microelectromechanical converters of linear acceleration (MCLA), applied in samples of arms, the military and special technics, on the basis of definition and display of statistical characteristics of laws of distribution of probabilities nonlinearity parameters MCLA in normal conditions and in the conditions of influence of external factors is presented.
