- The inspection method of vibration stability of microelectromechanical converters of linear acceleration (MCLA), applied in samples of arms, the military and special technics, including the developed technique and the bench for definition nonlinearity parameters MCLA on the basis of laws of distribution of probabilities of their statistical characteristics in standard conditions and in the conditions of influence of external factors is presented.
