- Abstract
- Organizational and methodical problems and imperfections of mandatory and initiative inventory of the rights on the work results have been considered along with the state registration process of R&D results related to this procedure and created during fulfillment of R&D works according to the State Defense Order and the State Federal Programs. New ways of inventory process perfection have been proposed aimed to provision of timely and unprejudiced rights distribution on R&D work results between the governmental agency and enterprises.
