- Considers the practical aspects of creation and implementation of a uniform technological policy strategies. Identified problems of regulation of contractual relations in the fixing of the rights to the technology and ensuring legal protection of the results of intellectual activity. The conclusion is made about the necessity of improvement of legal regulation in the field of creation and realization of the rights to the technology of the military, special and dual-purpose.
