- Abstract
- In this article we review major foreign and Russian developers of MEMS, navigation and orientation systems. State-of-the-art methods to approach the target object for a small flying apparatus and possibilities to apply MEMS-based angle velocity sensors for the method based on sight line rotation angle determination are also discussed. The impact of an angle velocity sensor error on a miss is estimated. Approaches for reducing a miss are presented.
