- Abstract
- An algorithm for the voting system and the procedure to reach a conclusion about domain's placement in the internet filtering software's database are described. A formula for a participant's respective ranking of voting has been proposed and its feasibility has been demonstrated. Parametric criteria to define the limits of the voting system's applicability and a method to fine tune the criteria parameters have been introduced.
