- This article examines the concept of standardization from various points of view - as a science, as an activity to develop norms and rules (in the legal aspect), as an activity in the field of document flow, and also as a system of work and activity aimed at improving the quality of goods, services or work processes. In addition, the author also analyzes the concept of standardization in its negative aspect - as a process that reduces uniqueness or originality.
