- Abstract
- The relevance of threats to the company's cybersecurity from social engineering technologies, which can be stopped by increasing the awareness of its personnel, is noted. Practical solutions based on the use of distance learning are given and their advantages and features are studied. The main methods of increasing personnel awareness are identified, ensuring the growth of the company's information security level through protection against internal and external threats of this nature. As a management solution to the problem, a step-by-step "Methodology for increasing personnel awareness" on systemic methods of counteracting attacks of structured elements of social engineering has been developed.
