- Abstract
- The article studies the influence of wire-cut electrical discharge machining (WEDM) modes on the process productivity and surface quality parameter - roughness by Ra of granulated heat-resistant nickel alloy VV751P using brass and galvanized wire. The WEDM productivity was determined at minimum and maximum processing modes using brass wire and galvanized wire. An empirical dependence of the formation of the roughness parameter by Ra was obtained depending on the WEDM modes of products made of heat-resistant nickel alloy VV751P.
