- Abstract
- The article presents the implementation of CMOS ring oscillator with compensation of temperature, supply voltage and technological process. The development of a ring oscillator on inverters with current depletion, a programmable frequency adjustment unit and a stable current source is described. Compensation of the technological process is achieved through the use of adjustment bits. According to the simulation results, the maximum frequency error does not exceed ±2%.
