- Abstract
- The development of a Hall sensor using BCD technology is considered, during which the most sensitive to magnetic field geometric configuration of the sensor was established, ensuring optimal distribution of electric potential and effective interaction with an external magnetic field. Modeling of various sensor designs was carried out. The working layer was studied, the parameters of which were extracted into the Verilog-A model, and a topology was created that ensures effective integration of the device into measurement systems.
