- Abstract
- The aim of the work is to describe the mechanism for ensuring the constancy of the rotation frequency of a stabilized rotator. It is established that the distance from the load to the rotation axis, as well as the linear velocity of the load, are functions of the moment of impulse. If the moment of impulse increases, the radius and linear velocity will also change to the same extent. In this case, the angular velocity will remain the same as it was at the previous value of the moment of impulse.
