- Abstract
- The article explores modern approaches to the notarization mechanism in information systems, which ensure the integrity, immutability, and authenticity of data during transmission. The authors analyze key technologies such as electronic digital signatures and blockchain, which serve as trusted third parties in the data verification process. Special attention is given to the evolution of these technologies, from public key cryptography to modern blockchain systems. The article also discusses the legal aspects of these technologies, highlighting existing regulatory gaps and potential solutions for better integration into the digital environment.
