- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the current problem of ensuring information security of subscribers of information and telecommunication systems. The vulnerabilities of instant messengers popular in the Russian Federation, as well as the technologies implemented in them for identifying the identity of subscribers, are considered. It is proposed to use biometric fingerprint data for personal identification in information and telecommunication systems, since this identification method is the simplest and most natural.
