- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the current issue of formation of a fleet of aircraft of local and regional air lines in the country's transport systems under conditions of probable resource constraints are outlined. The description of the model-methodical apparatus, which was used to solve the package task of ensuring transport accessibility of the country's regions under sanctions, is given. The general statement of the problem is given, the methodology of conducting research using a complex of mathematical modeling is described, and the model apparatus is considered. The created model and methodological apparatus was tested taking into account the current state, possible scenarios for the development of the domestic fleet, risk assessment and economic feasibility criteria, including an analysis of transport accessibility and mobility of the population.
