- Abstract
- It is noted that in order to stabilize the angular velocity, it is necessary that with a change in the angular momentum, the moment of inertia should change accordingly. To solve this problem, a synthesis and analysis of a device, which is appropriate to call a stabilized rotator, was carried out. It has been established that the natural frequency of rotation of the stabilized rotator is strictly fixed (it does not depend on either the moment of inertia or the moment of momentum) and remarkably coincides with the natural frequency of the pendulum with identical parameters.
