- Abstract
- The study of cathode materials composition LiNiPO4 and LiNiPO4 doped with lanthanum has been carried out. Their X-ray diffraction analysis, infrared analysis with Fourier transform to confirm the formation of Li1-yLayNiPO4 (y = 0.05, 0.07, 0.09 mol %) and impedance analysis on alternating current were performed.
