- Abstract
- This article explores for the first time the use of NextNav ground positioning system signals to work together with passive radars on an urban scale. The article presents a brief theoretical analysis describing the effectiveness of ground navigation signals using the example of the American NextNav system. In the experimental part, it was investigated that using a passive radar system, which uses ground positioning transmission in a bistatic range of 10 km, it is possible to observe civil aviation objects (for example, a passenger aircraft).
