- Abstract
- The article provides a comparative analysis of data on the validity of patents for inventions and utility models, the patentee of which is the Russian Federation, as well as data on the validity of patents for inventions and utility models in General for all Russian patentees. The positive trend of the state's activity as a patentee in the process of maintaining the validity of its patents for inventions and utility models is shown. Conclusions are drawn about the functioning of the mechanism for maintaining patents for inventions and utility models belonging to the Russian Federation, created in the course of work on the state defense order, during the stipulated period of validity of patents at a level exceeding the national average.
