- Abstract
- In this work, we studied solid solutions (SS) of the five-component system PbTiO3-PbZrO3-PbNb2/3Zn1/3O3-PbNb2/3Mn1/3O3-PbW1/2Mg1/2O3 using the method of finding the approximating morphotropic region (MO) based on the known MO fourcomponents of system, and selection of perspective areas, including compositions with extreme values of parameters. The concentrations regions in which SSs are located combining high or low dielectric permittivity and high piezoelectric characteristics with low losses or with high quality factor for applications in radio engineering devices (microphones, ultrasonic delay lines, etc.) are determined. It is shown that by modifying the SS of the studied system with glass-forming additives, it is possible to improve their manufacturability and piezo activity indicators.
