- Abstract
- This article explores automated (SOFT solutions) production management systems, as well as measures to develop and promote lean production systems as part of improving the efficiency of companies. Extensive analysis of basic and integrated lean production systems was carried out. Based on the analysis, a scheme of an automated platform for lean general production was developed. The proposal for the formation of lean production systems in an integrated plan, a parallel-sequential method in a number of investigated tasks and directions is justified.
