- Abstract
- The article summarizes and describes the existing algorithms used for intellectual data analysis and pattern recognition, based on the principles of the immune system. The main results on the use of immune algorithms for solving problems of biometric identification and authentication are summarized. Advantages of artificial immune systems are compared with artificial neural networks and "fuzzy extractors", which are used to create biometric authentication systems. The problem of safe storage of biometric standards in the use of immune algorithms and variants of its possible solution are considered.
