- Abstract
- Description of the formation of the speech information leakage channel on the basis of spurious acoustic modulation and crosstalk in the light streams passing via a standard plug connection in optical networks is presented. The optical connector is described as a mechanical oscillation system with several resonant frequencies, and the fiber junction in the adapter is modeled as a Fabry-Perot interferometer, the loss of which is determined by the gap. Based on the model calculated the sensitivity of connector to acoustic influences and presented a comparison with the experimental results of the fiber optic channel of the speech information leakage.
