- One of the most common types of collateral agreements for supply of goods for state and municipal needs, including the state defense order that performs Banking and Treasury support. However, it is also the civil law contract having a particular order of detention and approval. But, there are issues that are not currently regulated by legislation, and what made the emphasis in this article.
