- Abstract
- An equation of state has been developed to represent the thermodynamic properties of bromobenzene. The equation allows the calculation of all thermodynamic properties and phase equilibrium over a temperature range from the triple point to 700 K with pressures up to 100 MPa. The uncertainties of properties: 0.15-0.3 % in density; 0.5-1.2 % in heat capacity; 0.2-0.5 % in the speed of sound; 0.5-1.0 % in vapor pressure and 0.05-0.1 % in saturated liquid density. To increase the stability of the equation, the data of molecular simulation obtained in this work were used for fitting.
