- Abstract
- Modern radar detection and targeting systems have reached their limits of accuracy in determining the position of the spacecraft. Achieving greater accuracy is only possible with the use of laser technology. A mathematical model of the laser location of spacecraft is developed, taking into account the effect of weak curvature of light rays in the reference frame of the rotating Earth. The formula for the orientation of the axis of the laser radiating telescope to the direction of the laser pulse is derived, taking into account the non-inertial frame of reference. The software implementation of a mathematical model for the KA laser location will allow to create a program that calculates the coordinates of the telescope orientation of the laser station to hit the laser pulse on the KA retroreflector and further spacecraft tracking.
