- Abstract
- The paper presents a mathematical model of the working process of cooling of fuel-generating devices using a multilayered metal-hybrid thermal interface. The results of numerical calculations of temperature fields in cooling devices with a metal-hybrid thermal interface and results of a comparison of these devices with other embodiments of cooling systems are presented.
