- Abstract
- The article examples of patented inventions for the improvement of software keypads are considered and analysis is carried out on which methods of the Inventive Problem Solving Theory (TRIZ) they are based. Using TRIZ tools, you can use an inventive problem solution to improve the quality and comfort of use. This study attempts to determine how TRIZ can help improve the quality of these services. This study is an analysis of which TRIZ principles were used in the inventions under consideration. Turning to the matrix of contradictions, the most important principles of the TRIZ model were associated with anticipating further user actions (principle 10 - the principle of preliminary action) and giving the user the opportunity to control the size and location of the software keyboard himself (principle 15 - the principle of dynamism). Using TRIZ, any inventive problems can be considered faster, since various models of thinking have already been prepared, which allow not to invent new approaches, but to look at them from several points of view at once.
