- Abstract
- It was found that the solid solutions Pb(Ti, Zr)O3 and PbNb2/3Mg1/3O3-PbTiO3 maximum values of the dissipative parameter |S21| is achieved in the vicinity of the structural instabilities of different nature, which is associated with defective development of the situation in their respective environments, due to the breaking of chemical Relations with the restructuring, the accumulation of vacancies and impurity phases, increasing the number of interphase boundaries. Selected prospectively from the vicinity of the solid solutions morphotropic areas for the development of radar absorbing materials for various purposes.
