- Comparison of structure, composition and magnetic properties of Permalloy films received electrochemical deposition of sulfate and chloride electrolytes. Connection settings for films with temperature, pH of the electrolyte and cathode current density. Shows the advantage of chloride electrolyte without alkaline additives in electrochemical Permalloy films for thick-film magnetic field concentrators in integrated Microsystems.
