- Abstract
- There is considered a new public encryption method consisting in generating the ciphertext in form of the coefficients of some cubic equation. The decryption procedure consists in solving the cubic equation having only one solution. The last eliminates the problem of ambiguity of the decrypted text. It is shown the proposed encryption method can be used in the deniable-encryption protocols.
