- Abstract
- It is shown prospectiveness of using block ciphers for constructing universal cryptocoding algorithms that detects and corrects errors of different types, bit inversions, bit insertion, and missing bits. For the bit inversion case there are formulated conditions for guaranteed correction of the given number of errors.
