- Results of regeneration of iodic acid from a deposit of iodate of the tervalent iron formed at sedimentation of cations of tervalent iron from standard electrolyte of chromium plating by means of iodic acid are resulted. Operating on a deposit of iodate of tervalent iron potassium or lithium hydroxide, receive potassium or lithium iodate from which membranous electrolysis receive iodic acid and potassium or lithium hydroxide. Iodic acid and potassium or lithium hydroxide are used repeatedly.
