- Abstract
- The results of extraction Ni2+ by electrolysis from used solution of chemical nickel plating are presented. The chemical resistance PbO2/Ti anode has allowed to lead electrolysis over a long period of time without using of membranes. It is necessary to correct рН value towards to increase for rise current efficiency of metal nickel and removal more than 94 % of Ni2+ from spent solution. It is suggested to use PbO2/Ti anode for oxidation CN- without adding CI- for process intensification. The oxidation process of CN- on the anode is accompanied by decrease of pH value of solution. The offered method makes it possible to reduce the concentration of zinc ions in industrial reclaimed bath by 90 %.
