- Abstract
- This work is devoted to the theoretical basis of measurings the enthalpies of vacancies formation in materials of electronic technics by means of a method of positron annihilation spectroscopy (PASS). The values of enthalpies of HF1М vacancies formation have been gotten by means of PASS, matching with values of HF1М for a case of a method of indenting (at major pressures).
