- Abstract
- The article refers to analysis of cyberspace capabilities, organizational and regulatory-legal support means providing for sustained Cyber Defense of the Russian Federation based on the advanced foreign experience in the sphere as well as results achieved by main Russia's geopolitical rivals such as USA, China and European Union. The author gives recommendations regarding further improvement of the state Cyber Defense, Cyber Countermeasures system and legal regulatory activities in the sphere.
