- The article deals with the efforts of the U.S. federal government, academia and business communities to provide the necessary technological leap for cybersecurity research, which resulted in "The federal cyber-security R&D strategic plan", the successful implementation of which, according to its authors, will provide a global strategic U.S. superiority in the information sphere on the near-term and medium-term perspectives.
