- Abstract
- There is an author's opinion on the mechanism of fixing the value of customs information pro-duct. It is supposed that this value is formed from 3 factors: cost price of customs information pro-duct; semantic value of customs information product, and pragmatic value of customs information product (according to existing of forms of information adequacy). Author gives the addition to the calculating process of the cost price, refers to the present methods of semantic value rate calculates, and suggests to consider two summands of module forming the pragmatic value rate: economic effect of system functioning with thesaurus and economic effect of system functioning with possession of customs information product.
