- Abstract
- It is considered the public key distribution scheme and method for encrypting video data proposed for application in commercial TV with real time payments. It is proposed a protocol of the public key exchange of the video-data encryption keys, which is based on difficulty of computing the automorphism in non-commutative groups of vectors over finite fields, and a method for encrypting video data.
