- Abstract
- The paper discusses the general state of governance problems creating Patriotic-term complex high-tech competitive products, focused on governance indicators are important determinants of consumer properties of my designs, sophisticated technology and means of technological equipment it manufactures to ensure that the values of their indicators of quality is not lower than the world's best samples in this class (type, kind, a number of constructive) development. Problem is discussed in the context of the Xia-with safety and reliability of complex equipment and means of technological equipment of production as some of their most important consumer features on the current world market of high technologies, products, goods and services. Shows the necessity of their-time and reliable a priori estimates and forecast performance of essential consumer goods and properties of the means of technological equipment of their productions during the research and experimental development and highlights the consequences because of the absence-ment of such assessments in the project documents identified during the operation of complex objects and systems. As a practical example outlines one of the possible methods to assess a priori and a posteriori (forecast) estimates of reliability of complex engineering products profile according to the continuous non-destructive testing of commodity production lots and a sample of control according to the control-sample tests to the ultimate state. The method was illustrated by calculating the a priori and a posteriori estimates of reliability based on the original analytical models of a real production machine-building, taken from the practice of design and experimental testing of dual-use products.
